OPMI Lumera 700
The perfect microscope for cataract and retina surgery
New operating techniques. High patient expectations. Rising cost pressures in the OR. You and your surgical microscope are facing more and more demands all the time. So to provide you with support during anterior and posterior eye surgery, OPMI Lumera® 700 boasts an exhaustive range of customization options – as well as the utmost in optical quality.
Thanks to its Stereo Coaxial Illumination (SCI) technology and Carl Zeiss optics, with OPMI Lumera 700, even the finest anatomical details are clearly visible, and the red reflex is high in contrast and stable.
OPMI Lumera 700 and RESIGHT® 700 fundus viewing system allow you – the retinal surgeon – to recognize every detail of the retina. And as these products work together seamlessly, they offer a good convenience in the OR.
Now you can integrate a full HD or SD video chain comprising a camera, 22" monitor and video recording via USB into your surgical microscope. Whatever you decide, the results speak for themselves: high-quality video recording that shows the surgical microscope’s view of the operating field – ideal for teaching and presenting.
OPMI Lumera 700 works seamlessly with the CALLISTO eye® assistance system. The CALLISTO eye touch screen is suitable for use in sterile conditions and acts as a central interface to control the surgical microscope and view diagnostic images in the OR. CALLISTO eye also boasts innovative assistance functions that enable you to operate with maximum precision.
CALLISTO eye and IDIS (Integrated Data Injection System) with the OPMI Lumera 700 allow you to view visual assistance functions such as incision and rhexis assistant and the toric IOLs alignment feature Z ALIGN®. These features are displayed directly in the eyepiece of the surgical microscope, allowing for less movements and greater precison during the surgery.
An integrated assistant microscope with no light loss for the main surgeon. Features a zoom function that can be synchronized with the main surgical microscope or controlled separately. It’s excellent for teaching, or for difficult procedures requiring two surgeons.
Supporting you to make astigmatism correction a routine step in cataract surgery. Implantation of toric IOLs is supported by an innovative alignment tool and assistance functions, with patient data carried throughout the entire workflow.
The integrated video solutions for surgical microscopes are the most convenient way to generate images for information, documentation, teaching and presentation purposes. Due to the built-in camera systems with factory aligned optics the video solution works well out of the box. Enjoy the beauty and ergonomic advantages of the surgical microscope without any impairment by cables or bulky video adapters. The integrated control allows management of the video solution together with the surgical microscope, which means that it is streamlined with the surgical workflow.
To support all requirements or wishes for customized video solutions, external components can be mounted to the surgical microscope system. The external attachment via standard optical and mechanical interfaces increases the flexibility and retrofitability of the surgical microscopes.
Medical grade HD video monitors (1080p) are available in different sizes that match the surgical microscope video solutions.
Spans large distances and features a smooth, motorized lift function that makes it possible to quickly switch between the working and park position. This means you have a lot of headroom, both in the working position and the extremely compact park position.
OPMI Lumera® 700 and RESIGHT® 700 fundus viewing systems allow you – the retinal surgeon – to clearly recognize every detail of the retina. And as these products work together seamlessly, they offer unparalleled convenience in the OR.
This facilitates an upright, ergonomic posture, stress-free work and rapid changeover from cataract to case surgery and vice versa. Both, an electrical and a manual version are available.
It’s time to give you and your team more free space in the OR. Experience the new dimension of freedom with no annoying cables and free positioning in your OR.
